Once again Collins Contracting is finalizing another amazing transformation and Mr. & Mrs. Tudor are very excited about seeing the last few phases of their renovation take shape.

Mrs. Tudor gave us a blank canvas to design the new layout of the driveway, walks and patios along with a landscaping plan that will compliment this impressive make over. Together we have designed a plan that we are excited about seeing develop.

Phase 1: Installation of ground gutters with a large River Surge rock splash border around the roof’s drip line.

Phase 2: Layout and construction of an Eagle Bay stone paver patio and walkway. The Blue Ridge Range paver will help us pull the colors from the gray roof along with the beige from the siding into the hardscaping.

Phase 3: Installation of the landscaping and irrigation system. Check out how this design compliments the house and the hardscaping. By incorporating larger plant material, it gives the appearance that the landscaping has been in for years.

Phase 4: Now that the planting and irrigation is complete it is time to prepare the lawn areas for sod. Check out Kevin Hogge working his magic with the grading and making way for United Turf to come in and install the green carpet. What a difference a few hours can make !!!

Phase 5: Once we know everyone is ready to close out and wrap up this project we will touch up the mulch, clean-up the grounds an install a small grayish chip stone on the driveway for the actual driving surface. This will definitely put the final touch to another project that has turned out great!!!
