McRee Project

We are excited about one of our new projects. This transformation will take us down to Columbia North Carolina to construct the hardscaping, along with the installation of the landscaping, irrigation and low voltage lighting.

Thanks to Ms. McRee for allowing us to do this unique project and providing us a place to stay during the initial construction phase.

Look at this view of the Albemarle Sound!! I think we will even sneak in a few photos of that giant orange ball sinking into the water. Life is short - enjoy the views!!!

Phase 1: We will be constructing two upper wooden decks and landings that will provide adequate space for entering and exiting the house.

Phase 2: Retaining walls, paver patio and walkways.

Phase 3: An Outdoor Kitchen area will also be constructed on the upper deck. I can almost smell the steamed crabs cooking!
